After a few minutes you will get a new password or password reset instructions by SMS.





After successfully recovered your password by SMS, your new password will be the first six characters of User Id followed by the digits of your date of birth.





Eg: Your new password will be - sreeji20031985

    The numbers you have mentioned as help desk, will never be attended by those people. In case of recovering user id/ password from the registered mobile then also the mobile number should be active. Expatriates face lots of difficulties as once it's registered the mobile number may not be used and it becomes inactive. In these cases what we can do? Do not tell to call help desk. They don't even pick up the call. Any other options?

    User Id will not permitted to edit. But you can add or change details like Spouse Name. Currently Kerala PSC thulasi website under process, so that you can't edit the details now. Try after some days...

    @Muhammed shafeek - You must go to Kerala PSC District Office & submit a request letter there. They will give you a new username, password and update your mobile number. Don't forget to bring your ID proofs. Hope it works for you
